1. The Proposed National Police Service and Kenya Prisons Services Housing project
Client: Ministry of Land Housing and Urban Development
The project is to be implemented in phases across the entire country.
The Project is estimated to cost Kshs 161 B/ approx. US$1.7B).
2. Proposed housing development at Parkroad, Starehe & Shauri Moyo sites for civil servant housing scheme under Public Private Partnerships
2. National Housing Corporation (NHC)
The project will entail putting up approximately 10,000 Highrise residential units in the three sites/estates.
3. The scope of the work entails; Consultancy services to the MLHUD and NHC, Preparing the Prominent documents and the PPP Contract in close coordination with the MLHUD and NHC in conjunction with the Public Private Partnership Unit (PPPU)

B. Transaction advisory services to the Nairobi City County for the capital projects to be executed under Public Private Partnership (PPP)
The firm was awarded a Tender by the NCC in the year 2014 to render Transaction Advisory Services in a number of projects briefly outlined here under:
The scope of the work for the projects entails overall Co-ordination and Advisory of the delivery of:-
- Consultancy services to the project,
- Preparing a design and monitoring framework,
- Developing and providing in detail the legal architecture
- Design of the transaction, identifying , licensing, permit in and other legal risks that need to be addressed and allocated for each PPP option,
- Assessment to ascertain the legal validity and viability of the propose PPP structure of the project, preparing a PPP agreement in close coordination with the Contracting Authority (CA) i.e. Nairobi City County (NCC) and Public Private Partnership Unit (PPPU).
1. Proposed Nairobi County (NCC) Multi-level Car park project
The project will entail putting up a modern Car Park consisting of a 3 floored basement, ground floor and a 12 –floor Storey mixed use com- mercial building. (The Project Cost i Kshs 6,556.5 M/ approx. US$70M)
2. Proposed NCC Urban Renewal and Redevelopment of Dilapidated Estates within Nairobi County
The project will entail putting up approximately 17,069 High rise residential units seven (7) sites/estates that have been earmarked for the pilot project.
The Project is estimated to cost Kshs 58,598, 560,000 B/ approx. US$620M).
The development model to be applied is Joint Venture.
3. Proposed Nairobi City Funeral Home and Forensic Services and Mbagathi Hospital Project
The Project will entail infrastructure development and equipment for the two facilities.
The proposed infrastructure for the City Mortuary project will consist of three levels housing the mortuary unit. The Mortuary will also be re-brand to Nairobi City Funeral Home and Forensic Services
4. Proposed Nairobi City County Markets Project
The Project involves Transaction Advisory services for the Construction of modern market facilities for Mwariro Markets, Suna Market & City Market.
5. Nairobi City County Waste to Energy Project
Transaction Advisors for the Proposed NCC Waste to Energy Power Plant Solution for Nairobi.
It shall consist of a Sustainable Energy Management Treatment Centre (SEM in Dandora, Nairobi including Biomass composting and is part of the integrate “Waste to Energy” Power Plant Solution for Nairobi and designed to ensure the calorific input requirement (22 MJ/kg) for the SEM “Waste to Energy”.
Power Plant using to meet the high caloric input requirements as well as the Hazardous Waste, Industrial, Commercial Treatment Centre.
6. Proposed Expansion of Pumwani Maternity Hospital, College of Nursing & Midwifery Reconstruction of Mutuini Hospital – (Dagoretti)
The project will aim at;
- Infrastructure development and equipment so as to expand Pumwani Maternity Hospital’s capacity and better the services rendered. The College of Nursing & Midwifery wing will also get a major upgrade and transform it into a research centre.
- Infrastructure development and equipment to trsansform Dagoretti Hospital (Mutuini) into a level 4 Hospital.
The development model to be applied is Turnkey. The estimated Project Cost is app mately Kshs 5B/ approx. US$54M)

The project is estimated to cost Kshs. 8.2 Billion / approx. US $ 84 Mil- lion.
